Ottawa moved its winning streak to 10 matches with a 3-2; 15-25, 25-21, 29-27, 21-25, 15-10; victory over (RV) Oklahoma Wesleyan University on Saturday afternoon in Bartlesville, Okla. The win moves OU's overall record of 20-9 and gives OU sole possession of first place in the KCAC with a record of 8-0.

In its 10 match winning streak, the Braves have 459 kills, a .226 attacking percentage, 427 assists, 63 service aces, 614 digs, and 66.5 team blocks. Ottawa is averaging 1.8 service aces per set and 6.3 service aces per match during their 10 match winning streak.

Radaisy Valdez leads OU in kills with 343. She is averaging 3.3 kills per set and has a .315 attacking percentage. Elli Rogers leads the team in blocks with 93 and she is averaging 0.9 kills per set. Haylee O'Meara leads OU in assists with 534. She is averaging 5.2 assists per set. O'Meara also leads OU in service aces with 34. Jadore Hayes leads the team in digs with 483. Through 102 sets, she is averaging 4.7 digs per set.

In the previous 46 years of women's volleyball at Ottawa University, the program has only had two triple doubles. Those were by Emily Mader and Allie Arnold. This season Ottawa has had four triple doubles. Kaitlyn Haller has recorded three and Haylee O'Meara has one.

Tuesday's match is the 11th meeting between Ottawa University and York University. Ottawa leads the series 10-0. The first meeting took place on Aug. 30, 2014. Ottawa won the match 3-0; 25-15, 25-17, 27-25. In the previous 10 matches, the Braves have not dropped a set to York.

York University is 3-18 overall and 1-6 in the KCAC. The Panthers earned their first conference victory of the season on Saturday in a 3-0 win over Sterling at home.

In the win over Sterling, York had 43 kills, a .150 attacking percentage, 42 assists, two service aces, 68 digs, and nine team blocks. Danielle Armendariz and Jasmine Scarbrough had 10 kills apiece. Shelby Fronk led YU in assists with 23, Alexandria Garcia finished with 18 digs, and Kenna Tarnowski had six blocks.

Danielle Armendariz leads York in kills with 187. She is averaging 2.6 kills per set. Shelby Frank is the team's leader in assists with 356 and she has a 5.3 assist per set average. Jasmine Scarbrough leads the Panthers in service aces with 15. Alexandria Garcia is YU's leader in digs with 275. She has a 3.9 dig per set average. Brooke Halterman is the team's leader in blocks with 59 and she has a 0.8 blocks per set average.
