OTTAWA, Kan. – The Ottawa returns to AdventHealth field following two straight wins on the road, hosting the Tabor Bluejays on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
  • Ottawa is coming off back-to-back road wins, with a 4-1 win over Sterling College and a 2-1 win over Saint Mary in their last match. Four different players scored in the win over Sterling, which marked head coach Candice Fabry's first win at OU. The win against Saint Mary pushed the Braves to a 2-1 start to KCAC Play.

  • The Braves are led up front by Jessenia Velez and Denaya Evans, who both have scored two goals on the season. Eight other players have scored at least one goal for OU. Goalkeeper Willow Good has allowed eight goals in her five starts, with a 1.6 goal against average that ranks fifth in the KCAC.

  • Tabor has lost two straight to start KCAC play, with a 5-1 loss to #8 Oklahoma Wesleyan and a 3-2 loss to Kansas Wesleyan. The Braves will have to keep an eye on senior forward Payton Eskridge, the leading scorer for the Bluejays and fifth in the KCAC with six goals so far this season.

  • The Braves have a 13-3-1 record in the series, but the Bluejays have had the Braves number as of late by stringing together three straight wins over OU.
