The Braves enter second semester on a three game winning streak including an exhibition victory over NCAA Division II William Jewell College, 63-62, on December 16 in Liberty. Ottawa shot 46.9 percent from the floor, 35.3 percent from behind the 3-pt line, and 91.7 percent from the free throw line in the win. Nicole Brown finished the game with a double-double, 18 points and 19 rebounds. She also had six blocks. It is the second time this season that she has pulled down 19 boards.

The win was OU's first over WJC since Nov. 8, 2005 and its first win at the Mabee Center in program history.

This will be the first time that Ottawa University and Manhattan Christian College have played against each other.

Nicole Brown leads the Braves in scoring (14.5), rebounding (11.2), and blocks (1.9). Hailey Henry is OU's leader in assists (1.7) and steals (1.4) per game.
