OTTAWA, Kan. – The #17 Ottawa University women's wrestling team picked up the win against the York Panthers, 40-10, in Wilson Field House on Thursday.
Erin Wetterstrom won by fall over Ella Whitaker in the 109lb weight division.
Daityn Webb picked up the win by forfeit in the 116lb weight division.
Addison Saporito won by forfeit in the 123lb weight class. In the 130lb weight division,
Madelynn Griffin won by fall over Ryllee Hoppe.
Aileen Lester secured the win by a fall in the 136lb weight division over Lauren Tucker.
Abigail Sebesta took down her opponent in the 155lb weight class by a fall.
Darby Weidl battled and pinned her opponent Tiyanna Leal in the 170lb weight division.
Siara Arrington won by fall over Gracie Goldsmith-Ding in the 191lb weight class.
