Men's Volleyball is on the Road at (15) Jamestown in the GPAC Semifinals

Ottawa moved its win streak to three matches with a 3-0; 25-19, 25-23, 25-20; victory over Kansas Wesleyan University in the GPAC Tournament Quarterfinals in Wilson Field House. OU finished the match with 38 kills, a .310 attacking percentage, 36 assists, three service aces, 29 digs, and 10 team blocks.

Since Michal Bak became available to play, March 3 vs. Central Christian College, Ottawa has a record of 8-3. Ottawa has a .281 attacking percentage compared to the opponents, .134. The Braves are also out blocking opponents 113.0 to 55.0.

The Braves are 9-11 overall, finished with a GPAC record of 3-5, is on a three match winning streak, and is 2-6 in road matches this season. OU had a 2-0 lead over the Jimmies before losing the next three sets (25-21, 25-16, 23-25, 13-25, 11-15). The first ever meeting between the two teams happened on February 29, 2020 in Wilson Field House. The Jimmies won the match 3-0.

University of Jamestown is 19-3 overall, finished first in the GPAC with a record of 8-1, is ranked no. 15 in NAIA Top 15 Poll, and is on a five match winning streak. The Jimmies last loss happened on March 8 against Mount Mercy University, 3-2 in McPherson, Kan.

Oguzhan Oguz leads Jamestown in kills (4.1) per set, Derek Correa is the team's leader in assists (10.7) per set, Oguz is UJ's leader in service (0.4) aces per set, Adam Lopata leads the Jimmies in digs (2.5) per set, and Ever Cancel is the team's leader in blocks (0.8) per set.
