The Braves have won 19 straight games, dating back to the 2022 season, with their 39-0 weather shortened victory over Bethel College last Saturday.

Ottawa finished the game with 241 yards of offense, 92 yards rushing and 149 yards through the air. Madysen Carrera rushed for 79 yards and one touchdown. She went 16-for-21 through the air for 149 yards and five touchdown passes. Mya Quinn and Courtney Wille led OU with four receptions apiece. Quinn had 65 receiving yards and one touchdown. Randrea Gamble, Bailey Hodgins, Wille, and Addison Orsborn each had a touchdown reception. Abby Brown led OU with six tackles. She had one interception and one pass break up. Susann Kaufmann finished the game with four tackles, two sacks and one pass break up.

Abby Brown was named KCAC Defensive Player of the Week for her effort in OU's 39-0 win over Bethel College last Saturday at AdventHealth Field. She had six tackles, one interception, and one pass break up. She returned the interception 17 yards to the Bethel seven yard line. Two plays later OU was in the end zone, with a 32-0 lead over the Threshers.

Through 10 games this season, Ottawa is averaging 332.5 yards of offense per game. OU is averaging 64.1 rushing yards and 268.4 passing yards per game. The Brave offense is averaging 41.3 points per game. The OU defense is holding opponents to 5.8 points per game. Opponents are averaging 167.7 yards of offense, 22.9 rushing and 144.8 yards passing.

Madysen Carrera leads OU in rushing with 532 yards and six rushing touchdowns. She averages 8.3 yards per rush and 53.2 rushing yards per game. She also leads the Braves in passing. Carrera is 185-254 through the air for 2,357 yards and 43 touchdowns. She is completing 73 percent of her passes and is averaging 235.7 passing yards per game.

Jazlyn Camacho and Alyssa Linkous leads the team in receptions with 37 apiece. Camacho has 563 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns, averaging 63.6 receiving yards per game. Linkous has 558 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns. She is averaging 62 receiving yards per game.

Abby Brown leads the Braves in tackles with 49. She has seven interceptions from her linebacker position and six pass break ups. Addison Orsborn has 29 tackles, three sacks, and five pass break ups. Dejonice Parris has 27 tackles and four sacks.

The OU defense has 18 tackles for loss, 19 sacks, 22 interceptions, and 33 pass break ups.

University of Saint Mary is 0-7 overall and 0-7 in the KCAC. The Spires enter Wednesday's game coming off a 51-0 victory over Kansas Wesleyan University in Leavenworth last Saturday.

In the loss to the Coyotes last Saturday, USM had 56 yards of total offense, 51 yards passing and five yards rushing. Anayah Hooks threw for 51 yards (10-for-27) and had two interceptions. Sable Barnes led the team in rushing with 15 yards. Elle Campbell and Jerrica Johnson led the team in receptions with four apiece. Campbell had 26 receiving yards. Campbell led USM in tackles with five. Anayah Hooks, Sable Barnes, Rebecca Ruck, and Emilee Cruz had four tackles apiece. Cruz finished with three pass break ups.

Wednesday is the fifth meeting between the two teams. Ottawa leads the series, 4-0. The Braves won the first meeting this season on April 5 at AdventHealth Field. OU won the game, 68-0. Ottawa has a record of 1-0 against USM in Leavenworth. The first meeting between the two teams took place on April 2, 2021 in Fremont, Neb. Ottawa won the game, 48-0.

In OU's win over Saint Mary on April 5 at AdventHealth Field, the Braves had 357 yards of offense, 257 yards passing and 100 yards rushing. Ottawa held USM to 162 yards of offense, 20 yards rushing and 142 yards passing. Madysen Carrera rushed for 81 yards and one touchdown. She also threw for 185 yards (19-for-22) and five touchdowns. Jazlyn Camacho led OU in receptions with seven. She had 63 yards receiving and two touchdown receptions. Abby Brown had seven tackles, three interceptions, and one pass break up.
