Box Score Wichita, KAN. - The Ottawa men's soccer team earned another positive result as they played Friends to a 1-1 tie on Wednesday evening.

After a scoreless first half, Friends took the lead in the 48th minute courtesy of a Caique Pereira goal. That lead would last just ten minutes, as Toby Witham would even things back up with a 58th minute goal assisted by Jack Hatswell.

Friends lead shots twelve to eight, but Ottawa took more shots on goal, six to four. Nicolo Cinelli made three saves in goal for the Braves.

Ottawa (6-7-2, 5-3-2 KCAC) returns to the field on Saturday, October 26 as they travel to McPherson College for a 3:30 PM match.
