Wichita, KAN. - The Ottawa men's soccer team's season came to an end as they were defeated by (2) Oklahoma Wesleyan in the KCAC Championship game by a score of 1-0 on Wednesday afternoon.
The game was tied for the vast majority, but the deadlock was broken in the 87th minute with a header goal by Pol Mur off a cross by Matheus Ulrich.
Oklahoma Wesleyan led shots, ten to two, as well as shots on goal, four to two.
Marko de Sa Faria made three saves in goal for Ottawa.
Ottawa finishes their season with a 10-8-3 overall record and a 7-3-3 KCAC record, and had six All-KCAC players.
