BALDWIN CITY, Kan. – The #12 Ottawa University women's wrestling team secured two dual victories at the Baker Tri-Dual on Friday. Ottawa defeated (RV) Avila, 40-8, and #15 Baker, 29-16.
vs. Avila University – W, 40-8
Aynsley Fink picked up the win in the 110lb weight class on a technical fall win over Audrina Houston.
Shae Salinas won a fall victory over Ruby ScarBorough in the 117lb weight division.
Peyton Hand defeated Markayla Lottie in the 124lb weight class on a fall. In the 131lb weight class,
Madison Rich won on a technical fall over Chloe Taylor.
Livia Swift secured a fall victory over Jaclyn Riedinger in the 138lb weight division.
Kaydence Bonewell won a 7-2 decision over Sara Souresjhani in the 145lb weight class.

Hannah Jackson won by forfeit in their respective weight classes.

Alsafa Alkhalil earned a technical fall victory over Sophia Castillo in the 103lb weight class.
Peyton Hand won the match on a technical fall over Zoey Freeman in the 124lb weight division.
Livia Swift secured a fall win against Audrey Darnell in the 138lb weight division.
Kaydence Bonewell defeated Hailee Crosland on a technical fall in the 145lb weight class.
Darby Weidl won by fall over Sophia Yorko in the 160lb weight division. In the 207lb weight class,
Hannah Jackson pinned Nevaeh Wardlow.
