OTTAWA, Kan. – The #11 Ottawa University women's wrestling team defeated the Friends Falcons, 26-21, on Friday evening in Wilson Field House.

Aynsley Fink won a 10-8 decision in the 110lb weight class over Anissa Robinson. Kendall Martin, Peyton Hand and Emma Truex won by forfeit in their respective weight divisions. Darby Weidl secured the Ottawa win with a pin against Alondra Guzman in the 160lb weight class.

The seniors Ottawa honored were Jaidyn Andrews, Darby Weidl, Mikinlee Smith, Ingrid Beltran-Gonzaga, Leilani Caamal, Emma Truex, Ellise Romine, Aynsley Fink, Kendall Martin, Angelique Martinez, Erin Wetterstrom, Jolie Ziegler, Sharon Cousineau and Olivia O'Donnell.
