Women's Soccer Heads to Southwestern

OTTAWA, Kan. - The Ottawa women's soccer team looks to keep their unbeaten streak going as they play a road game at Southwestern.

Ottawa is 4-6-3 overall and 3-4-2 in KCAC play.
The Braves are coming off a 6-0 win over Bethany on Saturday in Lindsborg.
In that game, Peyton Hack scored two goals, Alyssa Rutherford, Riley Smith, Reece Young, and Liv Staberg scored one goal each. Cennet Oruc made two assists, Hack, Rylee Ringer, Genesis Joya, and Melissa Grohmann made one each.
Peyton Hack is Ottawa's leading goalscorer with six goals Riley Smith has five goals. Cennet Oruc is the Braves' assists leader with four.
Southwestern is 4-6-3 on the season overall and 4-3-3 in KCAC play.
The Moundbuilders are coming off a 2-1 win at McPherson on Saturday.
Kaitlyn Walker is Southwestern's leading goalscorer with four goals, Millie Hazzard leads the Moundbuilders in assists with three.
Ottawa and Southwestern have met 30 times, with Ottawa leading the series 21-6-3.
The last two meetings have ended in ties, including last year's 1-1 contest in Winfield.
Ottawa's last win in the series came in 2019.
