Women's Volleyball Travels to York on Saturday

The Braves have an overall record of 7-11, a 4-4 mark in KCAC play, and are 2-5 on the road this season.

Ottawa is on a two match winning streak after defeating Southwestern College 3-0 on Wednesday evening. The Braves hit .305 and had 45 digs. Bailee Nickel led OU with 11 kills. 

OU averaged 11.35 kills per set, 10.35 assists per set, 2.03 blocks per set, 1.25 service aces per set, and 16.22 digs per set. The Braves have a .168 attacking percentage. 

Campbell Stark leads OU in kills per set (2.15) and blocks per set (1.03). Madison Brauner is Ottawa's leader in assists per set (4.46). Carson Schuman leads the Braves in digs per set (4.22). 

The Braves are ranked 45th in the NAIA in blocks per set (2.03). 

Saturday is the 14th match between Ottawa University and York University. The Braves lead the series 13-0 and OU has a record of 5-0 at the Freeman Center. Ottawa has not dropped a set to the Panthers. That is 39 straight set victories for OU. The first match between Ottawa and York was on Aug. 30, 2014. The Braves won the contest 3-0 (25-15, 25-17, 27-25). 

York University is 12-17 overall, 2-6 in the KCAC, and has a home record of 6-7.
