Women's Soccer at Home Against Evangel

OTTAWA, Kan. - The Ottawa women's soccer team returns home as they host Evangel at AdventHealth Field.

The Braves are 2-6-2 overall and 1-4-1 in KCAC play.

Peyton Hack is Ottawa's leading goalscorer with three goals, two other players have two goals each. Riley Smith and Melissa Grohmann lead in assists with two each.

The Valor are coming off an 8-0 win over Bethany on Saturday in Lindsborg.
Amaura Austell is Evangel's leading goalscorer with four goals. Austell and Makayla Myers are the Valor's joint-assists leaders with three each.
Ottawa and Evangel have met twice, once each in the last two seasons.
Ottawa leads the series 1-0-1.
Last year's contest ended in a 1-1 tie in Ottawa.
In that game, Makayla Remanente-Bailey scored Ottawa's goal, with Cennet Oruc making the assist.
The one win for either team in the series came in 2023 when Ottawa won 2-1 in Springfield.
