Women's Soccer on the Road at (5) Oklahoma Wesleyan for KCAC Tournament Quarterfinal

OTTAWA, Kan. - The Ottawa women's soccer team begins their 2025 postseason on the road at (5) Oklahoma Wesleyan.

Ottawa is 5-7-5 overall and 4-5-3 in KCAC play.
The Braves are coming off a 3-1 win at Sterling on Saturday.
In that game, Ottawa scored three goals unanswered by Riley Smith, Peyton Hack, and Reece Young, the latter of which was assisted by Hack, to book their place in the KCAC Tournament quarterfinals.
Peyton Hack is Ottawa's leading goalscorer with seven goals, Riley Smith has six goals. Hack, Cennet Oruc, and Melissa Grohmann are the Braves' joint-assists leaders with three each.
Oklahoma Wesleyan is 16-1-1 on the season and a perfect 13-0-0 in KCAC play.
The Eagles are coming off a 4-0 win at York on Saturday.
Laura Gieseler is Oklahoma Wesleyan's leading goalscorer with 20 goals, while Linn Joelsson leads the Eagles in assists with 11.
Ottawa and Oklahoma Wesleyan have met 19 times, Oklahoma Wesleyan leading the series 12-7-0.
Oklahoma Wesleyan won the regular season contest 5-0 in Ottawa on September 24.
Oklahoma Wesleyan has won the last nine meetings btween the two programs.
Ottawa's last win over Oklahoma Wesleyan came in 2018.
Ottawa is 5-3-4 when they score at least one goal in a given game. The Braves are 4-0-3 in games where they score at least two goals.
The Braves are 2-0-1 in shutouts, 3-1-1 when giving up just one goal.
