ORANGE BEACH, Ala. - The Ottawa men's soccer team saw their season come to an end as they fell to (11) WVU Tech in the NAIA Tournament Round of 16 on Tuesday evening.

WVU Tech scored the first goal of the game in the eleventh minute as Hugo Roman found Keishon Clarke on a corner. Ottawa equalized just minutes later in the 14th, when Alonso Basauri converted a ball by Sam Hatswell. The two squads were tied 1-1 going into halftime. The second half started all Ottawa when it came to chances, but WVU Tech would take their lead back in the 70th minute as Keishon Clarke contributed again, this time assisted Julen Recalde.

WVU Tech led total shots 16 to nine and shots on goal 13 to six. David Martinez made 11 saves in goal for Ottawa, a season high.

Ottawa finishes the season with a 15-3-6 overall record and 10-0-3 KCAC record, their first undefeated conference season in the KCAC era and the most overall wins since 2003. The Braves earned eight All-KCAC selections.
