MCPHERSON, Kan. – The Ottawa University men's golf team earned fourth place at the Central Kansas Invite in McPherson, Kan. Ottawa secured fourth place by shooting an 887 in three rounds, round one was a 299, round two was a 302 and round three was a 286. The third round score ties the school record for lowest round as a team, the 286 ties the record that happened in 2018 at the GV Viking Classic. Three Braves competed on the women's side for the Braves.
Men's Results
Carter Chronister and Killian Juget tied for 13
th place with a combined score of 219. Chronister had a round one score of 71, round two of 77 and round three of 71. Juget shot a 77, 71 and a 71 in three rounds.
Spencer Seachris moved all the way up to 16
th after posting a 68 in round three, he shot a 74 and a 78 in the other two rounds.
Tyler Duncan finished 36
th with a combined score of 232 (80, 76, 76).
Landon Jambrosic shot a 77, 78 and a 78 (233) to finish 39
th.
Ike Prengel came in 46
th with a score of 239 (83, 79, 77).
Chance Kohls shot a round one score of 83, round two of 80 and round two of 80 (243) to finish 48
th.
Women's Results
Ryann Thurston finished 11
th with a round one score of 86 and round two of 80 (166).
Kayla Efurd shot an 87 and an 83 (170) to place 15
th.
Aubrey Vasquez came in 24
th with a three round score of 180 (91, 89).
