OTTAWA, Kan. – The #13 Ottawa University women's wrestling team will host the York University Panthers on Tuesday in Wilson Field House.
Ottawa is coming off the National Duals in Cedar Falls, Iowa. At the Duals, Ottawa competed against five teams.
Ottawa vs. Lindsey Wilson – L, 28-18, Ottawa vs. Campbellsville – W, 25-19, Ottawa vs. Indiana Tech – L, 24-18, Ottawa vs. Cumberlands - L, 28-18 and
Ottawa vs. Evergreen State – L, 26-19.
Darby Weidl and Hannah Jackson returned for their first matches of the season at the Duals.
Ottawa remains at #13 in the latest NAIA poll.

Ciera Hutton-Spieker is eighth and
Siara Arrington is 10
th in the 180lb weight class.
Kena Leonard is 19
th in the 207lb weight division.
Ottawa is 4-1 all time against York in program history. In 2024, Ottawa won 41-5 against York.
Aynsley Fink return to the mat and won her match quickly over Ella Whitaker on a fall in the 109lb weight class.
Addison Saporito got her second win of the day on a technical fall victory over Allison C Doppenberg in the 116lb weight division.
Aileen Lester won her match by technical falls.
Livia Swift took down Lauren Tucker on a fall in the 143lb weight division.
Kaydence Bonewell defeated Amelia Coykendall on a technical fall in the 155lb.
