Men's Basketball is on the Road at Evangel on Wednesday

Ottawa University has an overall record of 10-10, a KCAC mark of 6-8, is on a one game winning streak, and has a record of 6-3 on the road this season. 

The Braves enter Wednesday's game coming off an 88-76 victory over York University last Friday in the Freeman Center. The game on Jan. 6, 2024 was the first time the two teams had played against each other. Evangel won the first meeting this season on Dec. 10, 20215, 76-71 in Wilson Field House. 

Evangel University is 12-7 overall, has a record of 8-5 in the KCAC, is on a two game losing streak, and has a mark of 7-1 at home inside of AGFinancial Arena this season. EU enters Wednesday's game coming off a 75-72 loss to no. 4 Oklahoma Wesleyan University in Springfield, Mo. on Jan. 21.

This season, the Valor are averaging 81.6 points, 34.4 rebounds, and 16.7 assists per game. EU is shooting 46.9 percent from the floor, 36 percent from behind the 3-pt line, and 71.4 percent from the free throw line.

Garrett Davault leads the Valor in scoring (17.1) and steals (1.9) per game. Jacob Lafferty is EU's leader in rebounds (6.8) per game, Ty Campbell leads the team in assists (3.3) per game, and Harrison Doennig is the team's leader in blocks (0.5) per game.
