OTTAWA, Kan. – Ottawa University women's volleyball player, Makela Martinez, has been named KCAC Setter of the Week the conference office announced on Monday afternoon.

Martinez, a junior setter from Rimrock, Ariz., finished last week with 56 assists, one service ace, and 14 digs. She averaged seven assists per set in OU's 6-2 offense and 28 assists per match.

The Braves (12-9, 9-2) return to the court on Wednesday, Nov. 4 in Leavenworth, Kan. against the University of Saint Mary. The match is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m.
