Biography

2024: Valadao finished 14th at the Muthama-Rogers Invitational with a time of 21:08.5. Ran a personal best time in the 5K, 20:39.7, at the Southern Stampede, finishing 58th. Finished with a personal best time of 24:24.8 in the 6K at the Blazing Tiger NAIA Classic, placing 104th. Ran a time of 25:42 at the KCAC Championships to finish 35th.

High School: Valadao was a member of the cross country, swim, and lacrosse teams at Whitewater High School.

Personal: Daughter of Phyllis and David Valadao ... Sport Literature major. Valadao is also a member of the women's lacrosse team at OU.
