2014: Fullerton qualified for the NAIA Cross Country National Championships for the fourth straight year with her second place finish at the KCAC Cross Country Championships. She ran a time of 20:06 at the Romp on the Ridge hosted by Hutchinson Community College. Fullerton finished with a time of 19:55 at the ESU Invitational. She helped OU to finish second at the Haskell Indian Nations Invitational with a time of 19:47. Fullerton led OU to a first place finish at the Bethel Invitational with a time of 19:40. She ran a time of 19:05 at the Mid States Classic hosted by Southwestern College. Fullerton finished the KCAC Championships with a time of 18:57.8. She ran a time of 20:09.4 at the NAIA National Championships held at Rim Rock Farm in Lawrence, Kan. Fullerton was a two-time KCAC Runner of the Week selection and she was named a Daktronic Scholar Athlete.
2013: She didn’t compete in a race until Oct. 12 due to an injury. In her first race of the season at the Haskell Indian Nations University Invite, she finished 16th with a time of 20:24.70. Fullerton finished second at the Bo Boucek Invitational with a time of 21:22 to help the Lady Braves to the team championship. She earned KCAC honors for the third straight season with a fifth place finish at the KCAC Championships with a time of 19:25.27. Fullerton helped lead OU to a second place finish at the KCAC Championships and earn a bid to the 2013 NAIA Cross Country National Championships. Running at nationals for the third straight season, she finished 207th with a time of 20:13.28. Fullerton also excelled in the classroom and was named a Daktronic Scholar Athlete.
2012: Fullerton finished 24th at the CC Invitational hosted by Colorado College with a time of 26:04. She led OU at the Haskell Indian Nations University Invitational with a time of 20:06.53 to finish 21st. Fullerton placed sixth at the OU Invitational with a time of 21:08. She finished seventh with a time of 20:21 earning All-KCAC honors at the KCAC Cross Country Championships. For the second straight year in a row, Fullerton qualified for the NAIA Women’s Cross Country National Championships. She finished 192nd with a time of 20:12.
2011: In her first collegiate race, Fullerton finished second at the OU Road Race with a time of 20:53. She placed 136th at the Roy Griak Cross Country Invitational with a time of 26:06.1. Fullerton earned a placing of 15th with a time of 20:55.41 at the Haskell Indian Nations Invite. She finished third with a time of 20:39.00 at the OU Invitational. In her first collegiate season, Fullerton earned All-KCAC honors with a time of 20:19.10 at the KCAC Cross Country Championships with an 11th place finish. That race qualified her for the 2011 NAIA Cross Country National Championships. Fullerton placed 251st at the NAIA Cross Country National Championships with a time of 20:34.
High School: Fullerton was a four year letter winner in track, cross country, and basketball for Flint Hills High School. She also earned four letters in band, two in vocal, and four in theater. Fullerton was named to the Southeast Kansas Elite All-Girls Cross Country Team, was named to the Kansas All-Academic Cross Country Team, and participated in the 4th Annual All-Star Cross Country Race at the Kansas Shrine Bowl. She placed sixth in the race. Fullerton placed ninth at the Kansas State 1A Cross Country Championships.
Personal: Daughter of Lance and Trisha Fullerton ... born April 7, 1993 ... accounting and business administration major. Her favorite book is “The Calling of Dan Matthews” and she likes to listen to Christian and country music. If she could be any animal, Fullerton would be a cheetah because they are simply fast.
