2014: Griffith ran a time of 25:02 at the Romp on the Ridge hosted by Hutchinson Community College. She finished with a time of 25:06 at the ESU Invitational. Griffith ran a time of 23:32 at the Haskell Indian Nations Invitational. She finished with a time of 22:29, helping OU to a first place finish at the Bethel Invitational. Griffith ran a time of 23:05 at the Mid States Classic hosted by Southwestern College. She ran a career best 21:40.5 at the KCAC Cross Country Championships. Griffith was named a Daktronic Scholar Athlete.

2013: Griffith finished 77^th at the Viking Invitational hosted by Grand View University with a time of 25:56. She ran a time of 25:06.27 to place 45^th at the Tabor Cross Country Meet. Griffith ran a time of 25:12 to finish 16^th at the Bo Boucek Invitational, helping the Lady Braves capture first place. She ran a time of 23:09.36 to finish 57^th at the KCAC Championships. Griffith excelled in the classroom and was named a Dakrontic Scholar Athlete.

2012: Griffith ran a time of 28:47 to finish 64^th at the CC Invitational hosted by Colorado College. She finished 56^th at the KCAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 24:41. 8.

High School: Griffith was a four year letter winner in cross country and track for Osage City High School. She also earned one letter in basketball for the Indians. Griffith earned all-league honors in cross country and was an Honorable Mention All-Conference selection on the basketball court. Griffith ran the 800M, the 1600M, and was part of the OCHS 4x400M and 4x800M Relay teams.
