Biography

2014: Vlasic earned All-KCAC honors for the Braves as a junior. He finished sixth at the OU Fall Invitational with a two round total of 159. Vlasic helped the Braves to a second place finish at the South Central Kansas Fall Invite. He shot a 164, tying for 13th. Vlasic shot a 75 in round one and an 81 in round two to help the Braves finish second at the Blue Devil Fall Classic, He shot a two round total of 158 to finish 16th at the OU Spring Invitational. Vlasic finished 31st, shooting a 161 to place 31st at the Swede Spring Invitational. He tied for 33rd with a 165 at the Bethel Spring Invitational. Vlasic tied for sixth with an 80 in round one and an 82 in round two at the Virginia McCoy Intercollegiate. He tied for fifth with a two round total of 159 at the South Central Kansas Spring Invite. Vlasic helped the Braves to a third place finish at the KCAC Men’s Golf Championship with a three round total of 233. He shot an 82 in round one, a 74 in round two, and a 77 in round three to finish tied for fifth.

2013: In his first tournament as a Brave, Vlasic tied for 22nd at the Ottawa Invitational with a two round total of 159. He tied for 29th at the Baker U Fall Tournament, shooting an 84 in round one and an 85 in round two. Vlasic placed 31st at the Swede Spring Invitational, shooting a 179. He tied for 45th at the South Central Kansas Spring Invitational with a 167. Vlasic tied for 17th at the Bethel Spring Invitational, shooting a 79 in both rounds. He finished 32nd at the Haskell Invitational with a two round total of 169. Vlasic finished 25th at the KCAC Championships with a three round total of 260.

Kansas City Kansas Community College: Vlasic earned one letter in golf at KCKCC.

High School: Vlasic earned two letters in golf, four in band, and one in both powerlifting and soccer for Basehor-Linwood High School. He earned 2011 All-Kaw Valley League honors on the Sunflower Hills Golf Course by shooting an 82. He qualified for the 2011 Kansas State Tournament, played at Prairie Dunes Golf Course. Vlasic earned a fifth place finish at regionals by shooting an 81 at Dub’s Dread. Vlasic helped the Bobcat powerlifting team to a state championship in 2010.
