2023: Kygar played in 12 games, making 10 starts as a junior. She had a .100 (1-10) batting average, scored one run, had a .100 slugging percentage, walked twice, and finished the season with a .250 on base percentage.
2022: Kygar earned All-KCAC honors for the second straight season with her Second Team selection at catcher. She played and started in 37 games as a sophomore. Kygar finished the season wtih a .277 batting average, scored 15 runs, hit three doubles, one triple, one home run, drove in 18 runs, had a .356 slugging percentage, walked nine times, was hit by a pitch twice, had a .348 on base percentage, and one stolen base.
2021: Kygar played in 37 games as a freshman, making 34 starts. She earned Honorable Mention All-KCAC honors. Kygar had 31 hits, scored 10 runs, hit four doubles, had two home runs, drove in 27 runs, walked 14 times, had two stolen bases, finished with a .307 batting average, had a .390 on base percentage, and a .406 slugging percentage.
High School: Kygar lettered in softball and golf at Edward C. Reed High School. She helped her team to a Northern Division 4A All-Region Championship and a 4A Nevada State Runner Up in 2016 and 2017. Kygar earned Honorable Mention All-League honors in 2017, was a Second Team All-League selection as a utility player in 2019. On the golf course, she was an Honorable Mention selection in 2018.
Personal: Daughter of Tim Kygar and Kim Kygar ... biology major. She played travel ball for the NV Batbusters under head coach Andrea Martensen. In her free time, Kygar lettered in human development CTE at the Human Services Academy. She volunteers with special needs children and suicide prevention.
