2023: As a sophomore, Morris played in 49 games and made 46 starts. She had a .252 (31-123) batting average, scored 28 runs, hit five doubles and one triple, drove in 13 runs, had a .309 slugging percentage, walked five times, had a .292 on base percentage, and stole 17 bases.
2022: Morris played in 21 games, making nine starts as a freshman. She had a .143 batting average, scored nine runs, drove in two runs, had a .143 slugging percentage, walked two times, had a .200 on base percentage, and had one stolen base.
High School: Morris lettered in fast pitch softball, slow pitch softball, and track at Stroud High School. She helped lead the Tigers to a 2019 and 2020 Oklahoma Fast Pitch Softball State Tournament, with an appearance in the semifinals in 2020. On the track, Morris helped SHS’s 4x400M Relay team to a state runner up finish. She earned All-District honors in 2019 and 2020 and was a 2020 All-Conference selection and earned All-Region honors in 2020.
Personal: Daughter of Brandy and JP Morris and plans to major in business administration. She played travel ball for the Texas Glory under coach John Underwood.
