Biography

2024: As a junior, Butts played in four games and made one start. She hit .286 (2-7), had a .286 slugging percentage, and a .286 on base percentage.

2023: Butts appeared in six games at the varsity level as a sophomore. She had five at bats, drove in a run and walked once.

2022: Butts played in 21 games, making 14 starts as a freshman. She hit .262, scored six runs, hit two doubles, one home run, drove in eight runs, had a .429 slugging percentage, walked three times, and had a .311 on base percentage.

High School: Butts was a three year letterman in softball at Summer Creek High School. She helped lead Humble Creek ISD to the program’s first District Championship in 2019. Butts was an Honorable Mention All-District selection and earned Academic All-District in 2019 and 2020. Off the diamond, Butts participated in varsity band for four years and showed animals in FFA for two years.

Personal: Daughter of Mike and Shelby Butts and plans to major in biology. She played travel ball for TSF under coach Juarez.
