2023 Outdoor: Ran a personal best time of 2:37.23 in the 800M at the KCAC Track and Field Championships ... Was part of the 4x800M Relay team, finishing sixth at the KCAC Championships with a time of 10:24.45.

2023 Indoor: Was part of the 4x800M Relay team at the KCAC Championships, running a time of 11:04.68 … Ran a season’s best time of 2:47.21 in the 800M and in the 1000 (3:38.22) at the KCAC Championships … Finished the WU Rust Buster with a time of 6:34.53 in the mile … Competed in the DMR (14:45.56) at the KCAC Championships.

High School: Myer lettered in track, dance, cross country, basketball and band at Central Heights High School. She helped her cross country team to a third place finish at the state cross country championships. Myer was an Ottawa Herald All-Area selection in cross country.

Personal: Daughter of Sandee and Ryan Myer ... undecided on a major. Her mom, dad, two sisters, brother, and aunt all attended Ottawa University. Her brother Caleb was a member of the OU cross country and track teams. She is also a member of the OU dance team.
