SPECIMEN ANALYSIS
The drug and/or alcohol screening process may include, but is not limited to, the following biological specimen collection methods:
• Urine Testing — the collection process and protocol can be found in Appendix C.
Note: The possession and/or use of banned substances may be determined by means other than urinalysis including, but not limited to those outlined in the “Sanctions for Legal and Institutional Violations” Section of this policy. When an individual is found to be in possession and/or using such substances, he/she will be subject to the same sanctions and procedures that would be followed in the case of a positive urinalysis.
