Want to know more about the program?

Team—you’ll become part of a super fun group. We keep a very relaxed atmosphere, so our athletes typically feel very comfortable being themselves. The team often hangs out in the office throughout the day which helps with coach-to-athlete relationship building, athlete-to-athlete relationships, etc. They sometimes hook their video game systems up to our projector and play video games, watch TV, and have movie nights!

On the course—you’ll be joining a group of hard workers who put in the effort but have fun doing it. Training for this sport is often tough, so we find ways to have fun. We have consistent training groups getting in mileage in the am and pm. My main goal to give all my athletes a long career and avoiding injuries. With our new top-of-the-line lifting facility, you can expect to add a whole new dimension to your training/cross-training

Coaching—you’ll receive high-level coaching—higher than many D1 schools. Our coaches take a lot of pride in staying current in the newest training methods while also implementing many of the tried-and-true activities that have proven successful. Our coaches have multiple certifications in the world of strength and conditioning and track and field. Among our coaching staff, we competed in/coached at every level of college athletics from NJCAA to D1 and some even have a few national titles they’ll surely brag about. Two of us have even coached for Team USA! No matter where you fit in on our team, you will have a coach who can truly help you reach your potential.
