Biography

2022-23: In her sophomoer season, Cortez helped the Braves to a third place finish at the NCA National Championships in the Advanced Small Coed NAIA Division. She also helped the Braves to a fourth place finish in the KCAC. Cortez earned First Team All-KCAC honors.

2021-22: Cortez helped the Braves capture fourth place at the NCA National Championships in the NAIA Advanced Small Coed Division.

High School: Cortez attended El Campo High School. She earned UCA All-American honors and was a Texas All-State Cheerleader. Cortez competed for Full Force Tumble and Cheer.

Personal: Daughter of Anthony and Stephanie Cortez ... undecided on a major.
