Coach Hooper is in his first season as a student assistant coach with the OU men's basketball program.

Hooper was a three year letterman for the Braves. In 2022-23, he played in 20 games, starting five. He averaged 1.4 points and 0.8 rebounds per game. Hooper shot 34.5 percent from the floor and 33.3 percent from behind the 3-pt line.

Hooper is an engineering major.
