Coach Batish was named associate head coach in February 2024. He is in his sixth season as a member of the OU men's basketball staff, spending four seasons as an assistant coach and two as a graduate assistant coach.
Batish played professional basketball in 2016-17 for the Sandringham Sabres of the South East Australian Basketball League in Melbourne, Australia. In 2016 he played for the Cheshire Phoenix of the British Basketball League in Cheshire, England.
Batish also coached and officiated for the Sandringham Basketball Association, worked at the Locker Room Sports Store, and ran social media accounts for Fika.
He played two years at Neosho Community College before transferring to Western Illinois University. Batish graduated from NCC with his associates of science. He graduated from WIU with a bachelors of science in communication with a minor in marketing.
Batish graduated with his MBA from Ottawa University.
