Jamie Batish

Coach Batish was named interim head coach of the OU men's basketball program in January of 2025. He is in his sixth season as a member of the OU men's basketball staff, spending three seasons as an assistant coach and two as a graduate assistant coach.

He has coached 15 All-KCAC performers, two NAIA All-Americans, one KCAC Player of the Year, one KCAC Newcomer of the Year, two KCAC Defensive Team selections, and one KCAC Freshman of the Year

Batish played professional basketball in 2016-17 for the Sandringham Sabres of the South East Australian Basketball League in Melbourne, Australia. In 2016 he played for the Cheshire Phoenix of the British Basketball League in Cheshire, England.

Batish also coached and officiated for the Sandringham Basketball Association, worked at the Locker Room Sports Store, and ran social media accounts for Fika.

He played two years at Neosho Community College before transferring to Western Illinois University. Batish graduated from NCC with his associates of science. He graduated from WIU with a bachelors of science in communication with a minor in marketing.

Batish graduated with his MBA from Ottawa University.
