Coach Decker is in his first season as a student assistant with the OU men's basketball program after spending the past three seasons as a player on the team.

Decker was a two year letter winner on the gridiron, earned four letters in basketball and golf, and earned one letter in baseball and power lifting for Lyndon High School. He was a two-time First Team All-League selection, twice earned First Team All-County honors, and was a two-time Honorable Mention Kansas 2A All-State selection. As a senior he averaged 17 points and five rebounds per game. On the football field, Decker earned First Team All-League honors and was a Honorable Mention Kansas 2A All-State selection. Decker was a two-time HOA All-Star selection, helped lead the Tigers to three state basketball tournament and four state golf tournaments. He was also selected to the Flint Hills All-Star team.

Decker is a senior and a business administration major.
