2023: Hatfield finished 65th at the Saint Mary Sunset Showdown with a time of 41:23.0.

2022: Hatfield competed in the KCAC Championships in Winfield, finishing 117th with a time of 39:50.63.
 
2021: Hatfield placed 44th overall at the McPherson College Carol Swenson Invite with a time of 35:50.76. Hatfield finished 106th at the Emporia State Invitational with a time of 38:04.06. At the Fort Hays State Tiger Open, Hatfield ran a time of 43:23.5 to finish 196th. Hatfield secured 219th at the Mid-States Championships with a time of 40:03.49. Finishing the season at the KCAC Championships, Hatfield placed 114th with a time of 36:54.65

High School: Hatfield was a four-year letterwinner in both track and cross country at West Franklin High School under coach Ryan Hahn. His freshman year, he was an alternate on the Falcon’s 4x800 relay team and was part of the cross-country team that qualified for state. He also finished third at regionals as part of the cross-country squad, helping the Falcons win the regional title.
