Coach Percy is in his first season as an assistant coach with the OU men's and women's golf programs
Before joining Ottawa, Percy played five seasons of collegiate golf at Hutchinson Community College and Park University. At Hutchinson, he earned First Team All-Jayhawk Conference Honors as well as a Ping All Region Team selection. Percy led the Blue Dragons to two straight NJCAA National Championship appearances under head coach Chris Young. He ranked as high as #23 individually in the NJCAA in that stretch, along with a team ranking of #4 in the nation.
Following Hutchinson, Percy attended Park University for three seasons. Percy accumulated six team and four individual tournament victories for the Park Pirates during that stretch. He earned two first team all conference selections. Percy finished his career at Park with the second lowest scoring average in school history with 74 strokes per round and ranked inside the top 50 of Golfstat ranking for NAIA multiple times throughout his career.
During 2021-22, Percy was the assistant golf coach for Park University. He helped run practices and developed players. Percy received his Associates Degree from Hutchinson Community College in 2018 and his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Park University in 2021.
He is currently playing professional golf, with his coaching duties, hoping to make the Korn Ferry or the PGA Tour.
