2017-18: At the GV Viking Classic, Bulcock tied for 28th with a score of 283 (79, 78, 81). He tied for 25th at the Park University Fall Classic, shooting an 86 in round one and a 79 in round two (166). Bulcock tied for fifth at the Bethany College Spring Classic with a score of 77. He finished tied for 41st at the Ottawa Spring Invitational with a two round score of 163 (81, 82). Bulcock tied for 24th at the KCAC #1 Tournament, finishing with a two round score of 164 (86, 76). He finished fifth at the Moundbuilders Spring Classic with a score of 161 (79, 82). Bulcock shot a 157 at the Bethel Spring Invitational, finishing tied for 40th (75, 82), He finished 11th at the KCAC Championships, shooting a 72 in round one, a 75 in round two, and a 79 in round three (226).

High School: Bulcock lettered in golf at Paola High School. He was a three-time Kansas State Tournament qualifier and was the 2016 league and regional champion. Bulcock finished sixth at the Kansas 4A State Tournament and had a total of four tournament wins. He was named Tri-County Spotlight Golfer of the Year.
