2017-18: Kinkelaar tied for 26th at the GV Viking Classic with a score of 237 (83, 77, 77). He finished tied for 18th with a score of 163 (79, 84) at the Park University Fall Classic. Kinkelaar tied for eighth with a score of 80 a the Bethany College Spring Classic. He finished the Ottawa Spring Invitational with a two round score of 148 (74, 74) to tie for fifth. Kinkelaar tied for 24th at the KCAC #1 Tournament, shooting a score of 164 (81, 83). He finished third with a 78 in round one and an 81 in round two (159) at the Moundbuilders Spring Classic. Kinkelaar tied for 30th at the Bethel Spring Invitational with a score of 155 (79, 76). He tied for 15th at the KCAC Championships with a three round score of 231 (78, 73, 80).
2016-17: At the Eagle Bend Preview, Kinkelaar tied for sixth with a two round score of 158 (79, 79). He shot a 158 at the Ottawa Fall Invitational to finish tied for 27th. Kinkelaar tied for 34th at the Fall Midwest Invitational, shooting a 241 (76, 87, 78). He finished 31st at the Southern Plains Intercollegiate with a three round total of 257. Kinkelaar finished 15th, shooting a 78 in round one and an 85 in round two at the South Central Kansas Invitational. He tied for 30th at the OU Spring Invitational with an 82. At the KCAC #1 Tournament, Kinkelaar tied for 38th with a three round score of 245. He tied for seventh at the Iowa Central Spring Invitational, shooting a 110 (72, 38). At the Baker University Spring Invitational, Kinkelaar tied for 29th with a score of 238 (85, 77, 76). At the KCAC Championships, he finished 17th with a three round score of 225. He shot a 72 in round one, a 75 in round two, and a 78 in round three.
2015-16: Kinkelaar finished tied for 39th at the Park University Fall Classic, shooting a two round score of 182 (89, 93). He shot an 87 in all three rounds at the KCAC #1 Tournament to tie for 42nd. Kinkelaar tied for 47th, shooting an 84 in round one and a 79 in both round two and three at the Evangel Fall Invitational. He shot a two round total of 165 to tie for 20th at the Virginia McCoy Intercollegiate. At the A.W. Tillinghast Intercollegiate, Kinkelaar finished 47th with a two round score of 170 (82, 88).
High School: Kinkelaar earned three letters in golf and football, one in basketball, and four times earned All-Academic letters for Shawnee Mission West High School. He helped the Vikings to the 2012 Kansas 6A State Playoffs. Kinkelaar was named 2014 Golfer of the Year.
