2017-18: Pauls tied for 11th at the MVC Fall Invitational with a score of 149 (75, 74). He finished 46th at the Bethany Spring Classic, shooting a 91. Pauls tied for 36th with a score of 161 (80, 81) at the Ottawa Spring Invitational. He finished 28th at the KCAC #1 Tournament with a score of 165 (84, 81). Pauls finished the Bethel Spring Invitational with a score of 159 (84, 75) to tie for 48th.

High School: Pauls lettered in golf and bowling for Newton High School. On the golf course, hewas a two-time Kansas State Tournament qualifier.

Personal: Son of Jeanie and Doug Pauls ... engineering major.
