Entering his senior season, Michenka has already put his name in the OU record book. He is ranked first in career singles winning percentage (0.857), first in single season wins (18), first in single season winning percentage (0.857), first in career no. 1 singles victories (15), third in career doubles winning percentage (0.727), second in single season doubles victories (19), third in single season doubles winning percentage (0.727), and second in career no. 2 doubles wins (8).

2017-18: Michenka finished the season with an overall record of 18-4 in singles and a 16-6 record in doubles. He was named First Team All-KCAC and KCAC Newcomer of the Year. Michenka went 7-1 in singles in the KCAC and was 15-4 in no. 1 singles. He finished the year with a record of 7-1 in doubles in the KCAC and 5-3 in no. 1 doubles and 8-3 in no. 2 doubles in the KCAC.
