Coach Frank is in his first season as head men's and women's powerlifting coach.
Frank has spent the 2023-24 season as an assistant coach with the team and was a volunteer assistant coach in the spring of 2023. He started powerlifting in 2012 and is one of the top multiply lifters today in the world. Frank currently trains at The Foundation and has competed in all facets of powerlifting (raw, single ply, and multiply.).

He has been the owner/operator of Shuttersport Productions since 2018.

Before starting Shuttersport Productions, Frank worked for Millard from March 2012 to April 2016 and was an assistant coach at Tonganoxie High School in Tonganoxie, Kan. from May 2010 to July 2012.

Frank graduated from Garden City Community College in December 2008 and from McPherson College in December 2010.
