Biography

2023-24: Howard finished fifth at the Powerlifting America Classic (Raw) Open National Championships 105KG weight class. Placed second at the Capital City Clash with a total score of 1,416 in the 231 pound weight class. Howard had a squat of 518, a bench of 330, and a deadlift of 562 for a total of 1,421 pounds to place first at the OU Invitational.

High School: Howard attended Holy Family Home School.

Personal: Son of Jennifer and Farrah Howard ... exercise science major. Howard competed for Good Lift Performance for coach Weston Hirshauer.
