Coach Cornwall is in her first season as a graduate assistant coach with the OU track and field program after spending the 2021-22 season as a graduate assistant with the Athletic Performance program.
Cornwall works as an independent personal trainer. She did remote and live, one-on-one individualized coaching and assisted clients with nutrition plans.
Before coming to OU, Cornwall did a strength and conditioning internship at California State University, Fresno under the direction of former Brave, Ron McKeefery. She assisted with the implementation of the summer offseason football strength and conditioning program. Cornwall also cleaned and organized the weight room before and after practice.
Cornwall was also an assistant track and field coach at Columbia High School, assisting athletes with springing and jumping techniques. She also assisted at the LVC Volleyball Camp at Columbia High School.
Cornwall earned her International Sports Sciences Association Strength and Conditioning Certification and her International Sports Sciences Association CPR/AED Certification in September of 2021. She also earned her Red Cross ACLS/BCLS and AED Certification in August of 2021.
Cornwall graduated from State University of New York at Cortland with a degree in sports studies with an emphasis in exercise science.
Cornwall is working on her masters in sports business from Ottawa University.
