2019: Rettele played in 40 games and made 39 starts as a junior. She had 24 hits in 91 at bats for a .264 batting average. Rettele finished the season with 16 runs scored, three doubles, nine RBI, 17 walks, three stolen bases, a .404 on base percentage, and a .297 slugging percentage.
2018: Rettele played and started in 50 games as a sophomore. She had 33 hits in 116 at bats for a .284 batting average. Rettele scored 24 runs and hit two doubles. She drove in 15 runs, had a .336 slugging percentage, walked 18 times, was hit by a pitch seven times, had a .408 on base percentage, and went three-for-three in stolen base attempts.
2017: In her freshman season, Rettele played in 23 games and made 17 starts. She had seven hits in 34 at bats for a .206 batting average. Rettele scored five runs, hit one double, drove in one run, had a .235 slugging percentage, walked three times, and had a .270 on base percentage.
High School: Rettele earned four letters in softball for Lansing High School. She earned Second Team All-League honors in 2015.
