Brack is in his first season as Director of Esports at Ottawa University.
As Director of Esports, Brack is in charge of the strategic growth plan and overall success of the program. That includes the leadership and management of a quickly expanding line up of esports titles; Valorant, Call of Duty, Overwatch, CSGO, League of Legends, Rocket League, Fortnite, and Smash Ultimate. Given the vision for the program, he is also recruiting, hiring and developing esports specialists with assigned roles as recruiters, production team members and specialty head coaches. Brack oversees, collaborates and develops all aspects of production in a state-of-the-art competition and practice arena located in the center of campus.
Brack is the founder of College COD, an organization with a mission to provide “an exemplary competitive experience for college students through our games, our engagement with the players, and through our pursuit of professional-grade services and support.” Brack managed all league operations, partnerships and was the primary spokesperson for the league within panels, interviews, and other media outlets.
Prior to being hired at OU, Brack served as president of Ole Miss Esports program, and was the head coach for the university’s Call of Duty team.
As a student at Ole Miss, Brack majored in sociology and minored in psychology. While at Ole Miss, he was a founding member of the Men of Excellence chapter.
