Coach Findley is in her first season as an assistant coach with the OU women's basketball program.
Before joining the Braves, Findley was a four year letterwinner (2019-2023) on the basketball court at Drury University. She was a First Team All-GLVC selection and earned First Team All-Region honors. Findley was named to the Academic All-GLVC Team and was on the Dean’s List.
In her four seasons at Drury, Findley averaged 10 points and 5.1 rebounds per game. She shot 51 percent from the floor, 39.1 percent from behind the 3-pt line, and 72.2 percent from the free throw line. Findley was a 1,000 point scorer, finishing her career with 1,241 points.
Findley helped the Panthers to a four year record of 119-9, an undefeated 2019-20 season that was cut short due to COVID-19 (32-0), a NCAA Division II National Runner-Up finish (2020-21), and two NCAA Division II Midwest Region Semifinal appearances.
After her basketball career finished at Drury, Findley was a basketball trainer with Redline Athletics from May 2023 to August 2023. As a member of the staff at Redline Athletics, she worked with small groups on their basketball skills, planning and creating drills for those groups. She was also a graphic design intern with Allison Sports Town from January 2023 to May 2023.
While at Allison Sports Town, she worked with athletic directors to design and develop social media graphics. Findley also created promotional flyers and team logos while helping coordinate sporting events.
Findley graduated from Drury University with a degree in digital and graphic design. She minored in religion, fine art, and philosophy. Findley also received a sports leadership certificate at Drury University.
