Coach Seagraves is in her second season as a graduate assistant coach in the Lady Braves basketball program.
 
Before coming to OU, Seagraves spent the 2011-12 season as a student assistant coach for both the men’s and women’s basketball teams at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. At SU, she assisted with organization and execution of practice, assisted with player development, and did film breakdown.
 
From 2007-2012, Seagraves was the head coach for the Fury Basketball Club. In July of 2009, she was an instructor at the Stanford Women’s Basketball Camps under the director of Stanford University head coach, Tara VanDerveer.
 
Seagraves started her collegiate career at the University of Memphis where she played from 2007-2009. She then transferred to Southwestern University where she played from 2009-2011. At Memphis, Seagraves appeared in 46 games with two starts. She scored a career high 11 points versus the University of Central Florida. In the classroom, Seagraves was a two-time member of Conference USA’s Academic Honor Roll and the Tiger 3.0 club. Seagraves was also a member of the Tiger Academic 30 which is comprised of the top 30 student-athletes at Memphis.
 
At SU, she was a two-time SCAC Second Team selection and earned SCAC Player of the Week honors twice. Seagraves was the first SU women’s basketball player to be named to the SCAC All-Tournament team. She played in 53 games for the Pirates, averaging 13.9 points and 5.7 rebounds per game. Seagraves shot 39 percent from the floor, 29 percent from behind the 3-pt line, and 77.6 percent from the free throw line. She broke the SU school record for most points scored in a game (32), most field goals made in a game (13), and attempted a school record 374 field goals during her junior season. She was a member of the SCAC Spring Academic Honor Roll, was inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society, and earned the Director of Athletics Academic Excellence Award. Seagraves was also a member of the SU women’s golf team.
 
Seagraves graduated with a double major in kinesiology and English from SU in May of 2012.
