Kent transitions into the first year as a graduate assistant, following two years at Ottawa as a member of the women's bowling team. 

2020-21: Kent played in 19 games for Ottawa as a junior and finished with an average of 174.579. Kent had a pin total of 1,086 and an average of 181 to earn 11th at the Baker NAIA Invitational. She placed 64th at the USBC Sectionals with a pin total of 1,055.

2019-20: Kent played in 48 games, 18 Tier 1 Event games and 30 Tier 2 Event games. She finished the year with a pin total of 8119 and a 169.1 average. Kent had a pin total of 3245 and a 180.2 average in Tier 1 Event games. She had an average of 162.4 and a pin total of 4874 in Tier 2 Event games. Kent had a season high 1038 pin total at the Leatherneck Classic and a 199 average at the Las Vegas Invitational.

Baker University: At Baker University, Kent had a 172 average in 21 games in Tier 1 Events and had a 180 average in 26 games at Tier 2 Events.

High School: Kent earned four letters in bowling at Olathe North High School under head coach Jim Anderson. As a freshman, she helped the Eagles to a city championship, a second place finish in the Sunflower League, a second place finish at regionals and a seventh place finish at state. In her sophomore season, the team won a city championship, took first at regionals, and second in state. Individually, she placed third at the city championships, fifth at regionals, second at the Kansas 6A State Tournament, was named First Team All-State 6A.  Kent, as a junior, helped ONHS to a second place finish at the city championships, a first place finish in the Sunflower League, and first in the Co-Ed Tournament. As an individual, she placed second in the Sunflower League and 31st at state. As a senior, Kent helped lead the Eagles to a first place finish at the city championships, in the Sunflower League, at regionals, and at the Kansas 6A State Tournament. She earned First Team All-Sunflower League honors. In 2013, Kent placed second scratch in Kansas USBC Youth Classic, received National Team Recognition Award, and earned first place with her Saturday morning youth team.

Personal: Daughter of Kristie and Mike Kent ... psychology major. She started bowling when she was four years old and is a third generation bowler. Kent has a youth high game of 290 and a high series of 719. She has an adult high game of 290 and a high series of 724.
