2019-20: As a sophomore, Cowdin played in 36 games and had a pin total of 5534 and a 153.7 average. She played in six Tier 1 Event games and 30 Tier 2 Event games. Cowdin finished Tier 1 Event games with a pin total of 897 and a 149.5 average. In Tier 2 Event games, she had an average of 154.5 and a 4637 pin total. Cowdin had a career high 1120 pin total and a season high 160 average at the Andy B’s Team Challenge.

2018-19: Cowdin finished her freshman season with a pin total of 3528, playing in 21 Tier 2 games. She had a 168 average. Cowdin had a season high pin total of 1108 and an average of 184.667 at the Bronco Open.

High School: Cowdin earned three letters in bowling for Topeka West High School. She helped the Chargers to a 2015 Kansas 5A State Tournament Championship, finishing 15^th as an individual. Cowdin helped Topeka West to a 2015 Region Runner-up finish. She placed seventh for the Chargers.
