Coach Gillespie is in her first season as a graduate assistant coach with the OU women's flag football program.
Gillespie was a four year letterman on the football field for the Braves. She was part of four NAIA Women's Flag Football Finals Championships. Gillespie was a First team All-KCAC selection at linebacker. She finished her career with 97 flag pulls, 18 flag pulls for loss, 12 sacks, one interception. As a receiver, Gillespie had 32 receptions for 266, yards, four touchdown receptions, and 22 rushing yards.Â
Gillespie graduated from Ottawa University with her degree in exercise science.Â
